Demanila is more than a gin, it is “Madriz” in a bottle.
Macerating the botanicals in a wine alcohol base and distilling 100% of the product in an old copper still. They sarify the last filtrate in the production process to maintain the essential oils. The result is a surprising and silky product, which allows us to appreciate all its nuances: from the spicy freshness of cardamom and the sweetness of orange, to the spicy contribution of cinnamon.
